Sad news: Gregg Kellogg passed away Announcement Gregg Kellogg passed away last Saturday. His health condition had been publicly known: Gregg Kellogg Health FAQ. Contributions and Legacy Gregg was a prolific and highly valued W3C contributor for many years. Roles: W3C Invited Expert Co-chair of the JSON-LD Working Group Chair of several data-related Community Groups He valued the collaboration, innovation, and camaraderie within these groups. Achievements Over 13 years, co-editor of: 9 published W3C recommendations About a dozen other W3C specifications: CSV2RDF suite Large portion of RDF 1.2 suite JSON-LD 1.0 and 1.1 suites RCH Provided open-source implementations for all these specs, plus test suites actively used by Working Groups. Instrumental in the success of JSON-LD technology. Personal Note Remembered not only for his technical contributions but also for his friendliness and good nature. Deeply missed by the community.
